SMS Terms & Text Message Consent

Program Description

Sakeena sends automated transactional text messages related to a specific ground transportation reservation. Messages are sent to three groups of recipients:

• Guests who book a reservation receive booking confirmations, payment receipts, chauffeur assignment notices with a live trip tracking link, and trip status updates.
• Sakeena staff receive an alert when a new reservation is submitted so the trip can be dispatched.
• Chauffeurs receive notice of newly available and assigned trips so they can coordinate the pickup.

All messages are transactional and tied to a reservation. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

How You Consent to Receive Messages (Call to Action)

Guests: When you book a reservation at ridesakeena.com/book, you enter your mobile phone number on the reservation form. Directly above the submit button, at the point where your phone number is collected, the following disclosure is displayed before you submit:

“By providing your phone number and confirming your journey, you agree to receive text messages from Sakeena Executive Transportation about your reservation, such as booking confirmations, trip status updates, and driver coordination. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.”

Staff and chauffeurs: Provide their mobile numbers directly to Sakeena when they join the company or apply to drive, and agree at that time to receive operational dispatch messages.

Consent is never purchased, rented, or obtained from third-party lists, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

• “Welcome to Sakeena. We've received your reservation SK-4QVH2 for Aug 12, 2026, 4:35 PM and are preparing every detail. We'll confirm shortly. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• “Sakeena: Your journey SK-4QVH2 is confirmed for Aug 12, 2026, 4:35 PM. Payment of $104.00 received in full. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• “Sakeena: Your chauffeur James has been assigned for your journey SK-4QVH2. Track your arrival live: ridesakeena.com/track/abc123. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Message Frequency & Cost

Message frequency varies and depends on your reservation activity — you will typically receive between one and five messages per reservation. Message and data rates may apply, and are billed by your mobile carrier. Sakeena does not charge you for these messages.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also reply CANCEL, QUIT, OPTOUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE, or END. After you opt out, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending text messages to that number. To resume messages, reply START.

Opting out of text messages will not cancel your reservation. We will continue to contact you about your trip by email or phone.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and your device settings. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy

Your mobile information, including your phone number, is used only to deliver the messages described on this page and is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
